Living busy, pressured lives, where looking after yourself is not, and cannot always be a priority, is something that Sarah understands well. No matter how energetic and motivated you are (and she is!), time can be limited and motivation stifled as a result of our responsibilities and day to day priorities. As a single mum of two children, Sarah knows how difficult it can be to make “me-time” but has devised strategies to help you to for this, finding a happy balance, and looking after yourself too.
